What are applicable charges for Sellers on AdMAVIN?

AdMAVIN charges a 5% transaction charge to the Sellers for any order that is placed through the website. This transaction charge is applicable on the final amount payable by the Buyer while purchasing the advertising media. All other services are completely free for the Sellers

Can Sellers cancel an order after the Buyer has made payment for any of their advertising spaces?

Yes, Sellers have the flexibility to cancel the order even after payment has been made from the Buyer. However, a cancellation charge, levied on the Seller, would be applicable in such cases. The cancellation fees would be deducted from any accounts payable to the Seller before transferring the amount OR would be deducted from future payments to be made to the Seller if there are no current accounts payable

What is the refund policy in case of a Seller initiated cancellation?

In case a Seller cancels an order, for which payment has already been made, the entire amount that has been paid will be refunded to the Buyer through the same mode of payment, within a period of 15 working days from the date of order cancellation

What is the cancellation fee in case the Seller cancels an order?

In case of order cancellations by the Seller, the cancellation charges that will be levied on the Sellers will be as per the following slabs:

[Seller Sign-up] Why does AdMAVIN ask me for my phone number?

AdMAVIN requires you to provide your 10-digit mobile number at the time of sign-up as we will be sending you an OTP as a part of the registration process. This is for confirming that the phone number that you have provided is a valid number and is your personal phone number, as we will be sending regular transaction updates and reminders to Sellers on this registered number

[Seller Sign-up] What is the Business Legal Name?

Business Legal Name refers to the company name under which you are operating. For example, your company name can be ABC Media Private Limited which is what is required to be filled up under Business Legal Name

What is the maximum size of the images for the inventory listing that the Sellers can upload?

The maximum file size is 10 Mb. Any file which is bigger than this will not get uploaded. This restriction has been put in to ensure that the photos get loaded faster for the Buyers, thereby ensuring a good visual experience

[Seller Sign-up] Why is AdMAVIN asking for my business details & address after signing-up?

AdMAVIN needs for the Seller to share business details, including billing address as this will be the address that is mentioned on the invoice that will be generated for the Seller when any of their listings are sold through the Website

[Seller Sign-up] How do I know which inventory template to use for uploading my sites?

Based on the type of advertising spaces that you have, you can choose the appropriate inventory upload template. For example, if your firm does advertisements on buses, choose Transit template and if you own hoardings, choose the Outdoor Template

[Seller Sign-up] How many photos can I upload at one go?

During the upload process, you can upload as many photographs that you want, all at one go. Just ensure that each individual image is not bigger than 10 Mb in size (there is no restriction on the total size of the images that you are uploading)

[Seller Sign-up] What type of files can I upload under attachments?

Any file, which further enhances your media listing, can be added under attachments. This could include a site map showing an illustrative representation of where the site is placed or a video showing traffic movement near the site etc. The attachment files can be in any format, including .pdf, .doc, .ppt, .mpeg, etc.

For a booking period of 75 days and a total payment of INR 10 lakhs is to be made. What will be the payment process?

All services on AdMAVIN are completely free for Buyers

Can Buyers cancel an order after payment has been made?

Yes, your orders can be cancelled even after payment has been made. However, a cancellation charge would be applicable in such cases. This cancellation charge will be deducted from the order amount before being refunded back to the Buyers

What is the refund policy in case of a Buyer initiated cancellation?

In case a Buyer cancels an order, for which payment has already been made, the entire amount minus the applicable cancellation charges will be refunded to the Buyer through the same mode of payment within a period of 15 working days from the date of order cancellation

What is the cancellation fee in the case the Buyer cancels an order?

In case of order cancellations by the Buyer, the cancellation charges that will be levied on the Buyers will be as per the following slabs:
